Allow at least 10 business days for orders to process and ship. With Covid-19 restrictions processing and delivery times may vary.
You may return eligible items in their original condition within 7 business days from shipment arrival. Excluding custom-made and/or made to measure garments. No items will be accepted past the 7 days return period. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, stained or damaged will not be accepted. Items must be in sellable condition. Once item(s) have been received and inspected, your refund will process within 3-5 business days.
NIIAMAR reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
We do not provide return shipping labels. Shipping charges for returned item(s) are the customers responsibility. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx, UPS or USPS with tracking. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. NIIAMAR will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
Withdrawals, cancellations, refunds, exchanges or returns are not accepted for custom and made to order garments.
Discounted items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted items.
